South Hill Parking Lot and Main Entrance

Project Overview

The west side parking lot and pick-up/drop-off areas at South Hill Elementary School are being reconfigured to improve circulation and safety. The main office is also being relocated to the west side of the building, and the school is receiving a new exterior electronic sign.

Spring 2024 Update from Campus Construction

  • Main office area A/C units were charged with refrigerant. Controls remain to be completed.

  • Initial commissioning of mechanical equipment occurred over spring break and issue log is forthcoming.

  • Public address speakers were installed in new addition spaces including main office, nurse, conference, vestibule, and stairway.
