Join your colleagues in this training to develop and refresh your strategies for building proactive relationships with the children you guide through the school day. These series are led by ICSD teachers who are trained and certified to teach the TCIS curriculum. You must attend all days of your session. The goals of TCIS are to create a safe, caring, and supportive environment; proactively prevent crises from occurring; de-escalate students in crisis; and improve students' coping strategies when faced with stressful situations.
