The Ithaca City School District Board of Education will hold a public hearing on the proposed 2026–27 District-Wide School Safety Plan on August 11 at 6 p.m. in the Board Room at 400 Lake Street. Community members are invited to review the draft plan in advance.
The safety plan reflects the district’s commitment to a Culture of Love and outlines a framework that guides all schools, with each building maintaining its own detailed plan.
