Below is information for Ithaca High School's June 2025 Regents and final exams. Please review carefully, as important details regarding exam times, transportation, meals, and school expectations are included.

SCHEDULE

  • Please review the schedule of exams

  • Tuesday, June 17, marks the start of the remaining June Regents exams

  • No school or exams on Thursday, June 19 (Juneteenth)

  • Students should only be on campus if they have a scheduled exam, a scheduled review session, or have an appointment pass from a teacher

CAFETERIA

  • Breakfast and lunch will be served as grab-and-go outside of the concession stand in C-Foyer

  • Breakfast will be served from 8:15-9 a.m.

  • Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.

BUS TRANSPORTATION

  • Morning Exams

    • All morning routes run as usual

    • Return routes will be running after morning exams

  • Afternoon Exams

    • For afternoon exams, buses will pick students up from their regular morning bus stop, exactly three (3) hours later than their usual morning pick-up time (for example, if your regular pick-up time is 8:05 a.m., your adjusted pick-up time will be 11:05 a.m.)

    • All afternoon regular routes and afternoon late buses will run as regularly scheduled

  • BOCES Students

    • BOCES students who have exams scheduled during their regular BOCES time are expected to attend their exams at IHS

    • BOCES students will attend all of their regularly scheduled BOCES classes and take their regular bus routes on days/times when they do not have exams at IHS

LIBRARY

  • The library will be open for quiet study on June 17-18, 20, and 23-25 from:

    • 8:30 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.

    • 3-4:30 p.m. (on Friday, June 20, the library will close at 3:40 p.m.)

ON CAMPUS, WAITING FOR A RIDE

  • Students may wait in the library if they wish to study quietly, or in the Welcome Center if they are not planning to study.

EXPECTATIONS

  • Please do not visit other schools, as they will be in session during the week of Regents exams, June 17-26

  • Only students with exams scheduled should be on campus

  • All belongings must be checked in the C-Foyer next to the concessions stand, which opens at 8:45 a.m.; lockers will NOT be accessible during Regents exams

  • Students must bring a pen, pencil, and calculator when appropriate

  • For Regents exams, all students must remain in the test rooms with their teachers for at least one hour after the exam begins

  • Students will not be admitted after 10 a.m. for morning Regents exams or 2 p.m. for afternoon Regents exams

  • Please do not bring cell phones, headphones, and other electronic devices into the testing room or area. Calculators are permitted. Students are required to check bags, electronics, and any other items not required for testing in the designated area in the multipurpose room. Please bring only the necessary exam materials to school on the day of the exam and leave all unnecessary bags at home.
