The ICSD Technology Department Help Desk is available for phone and walk-in support.

Technology Support Request
- Click on "Click here for support."
- You will be prompted for a username and password. This is your ICSD Login information (Network Login).
Note: Apple products may prompt users twice for their ICSD credentials. This should only occur the first time you attempt a support request.
- Enter the required information including a phone number or E-mail address where we can contact you to facilitate support.
- Submit request.
