Family/Student Tech Support 

Please complete our Student/Family Technology Support Request Form if you need IT assistance.

You can also call 607-882-9850 and leave a voicemail or email us at helpdesk.family@icsd.k12.ny.us.

 

Staff Tech Support 

Please complete our Staff Technology Support Request Form if you need IT assistance.

  • You will need to supply your full email address as the username (e.g., john.smith@icsd.k12.ny.us). The password will be the same password you use for SchoolTool or your computer login.

Help Desk Location and Hours

The ICSD Technology Department Help Desk is available by phone (607-882-9555) and for walk-in support for staff.

Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
(first come, first served)

Before you visit the help desk please be sure to backup your important files on an external jump drive or the network. Repairs to laptops often involve re-imaging which will delete any information/files that are stored locally on your device.
