Help Desk Information

Family/Student Support 

Please complete our Student Support Request Form if you need technology assistance. You can also call 607-882-9850 and leave a voicemail or email us at helpdesk.family@icsd.k12.ny.us.
 

Staff Support 

The ICSD Technology Department Help Desk is available for phone (607-882-9555) and walk-in support for staff.

Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Please Remember:
Before you visit the help desk please be sure to backup your important files on an external jump drive or the network. Repairs to laptops often involve re-imaging which will delete any information/files that are stored locally on your device.

Technology Support Request
Instructions
  1. Click on "Click here for support."
  2. You will be prompted for a username and password. This is your ICSD Login information (Network Login).
  3. Note: Apple products may prompt users twice for their ICSD credentials. This should only occur the first time you attempt a support request.
  4. Enter the required information including a phone number or E-mail address where we can contact you to facilitate support.
  5. Submit request.
