Physical Education News November 2015

November has proven to be fun, while very challenging for all South Hill students in physical education. Stunts and Tumbling has students performing exercises involved with rolling, jumping, and balancing.  It develops physical fitness, co-ordination, timing, flexibility, and strength. The carryover of skills can transfer abilities to thousands of different activities that our bodies can be part of!  The art of Stunts and Tumbling helps South Hill students acquire body control, confidence, and courage. We will finish the month of November in a combination of history and Stunts and Tumbling, with the Underground Railroad!
