The ICSD Technology Department Help Desk is available for phone and walk-in support.

Help Desk Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 4:00

The ICSD Help Desk and technology offices are located at 602 Hancock Street, Ithaca, NY 14850.
Help Desk Hours are on a "first come - first served" basis. 


Please Remember - Before you visit the help desk please be sure to backup your important files on an external jump drive or the network. Repairs to laptops often involve re-imaging which will delete any information / files that are stored locally on your device.

SpiceWorks Technology Support Request Instructions:

1. Click on "Click here for support"

2. You will be prompted for a username and password. This is your ICSD Login information (Network Login).

     Note: Apple products may prompt users twice for their ICSD credentials. This should only occur the first time you attempt a support request.

3. Enter the required information including a phone number or E-mail address where we can contact you to facilitate support.

4. Submit request
