Enfield Fall Adventure Day

A recent Fall Adventure Day filled with fun challenges helped Enfield students learn the school’s core values.

The morning began with an assembly run by fifth-graders highlighting Enfield’s values – integrity, courage, compassion, perseverance, and commitment to success. Students were then divided into teams and participated in group challenges that required them to practice the core values and collaborate, think and take risks.

Kids participated in an egg drop challenge, put together buildings using wooden blocks, put up tents blindfolded while another teammate talked them through, made bridges out of marshmallows and toothpicks, and more. That night, families were invited to the school to try out the challenges for themselves.

“By providing students and staff with an active experience, we hope to create a memorable hook for everyone as we approach our work together and our relationships with each other throughout the year,” said Enfield Principal Lisa Rieger.
