BJM - What is a Nutritious Meal?


BJM teachers wrote a case study examining "what is healthy food?" They worked closely with Cornell Cooperative Extension Nutrition Educators and Dr. Antonia Demas from the Food Studies Institute. Groups of students made posters to show their learning.
