ICSD HOSTS FREE VIEWING OF MOVIE ‘SCREENAGERS,' GROWING UP IN THE DIGITAL AGE

The Ithaca City School District in partnership with the  Ithaca High School PTA will host a free community screening of Screenagers, Growing up in the Digital Age on May 1, 2017 at 6pm in Kulp Auditorium. An edu-documentary, Screenagers, explores how tech time impacts students’ development and offers solutions on how adults can empower children to best navigate the digital world.

“The effective and appropriate use of digital tools is a topic all communities must grapple with.   I am looking forward to viewing the film and engaging in discussions with students, parents, and educators,” said ICSD Superintendent Luvelle Brown.

There will be a panel discussion and talk-back session with the audience after the screening. This event is free to the public.
